Colostrum and colostrum products from bovine animals
This page shows samples of the veterinary certificates required for import and transit and (where available) the lists of recognised countries of origin and approved suppliers.
They are applicable subject to the import bans effective on the day of import, temporary restrictions and special conditions (see links).

Colostrum and colostrum products must meet the requirements set forth in Annex X Chapter II Section 4 and Annex XIV Chapter I Section 1 and 4 or Regulation (EU) 142/2011 (see links).
Approved countries of origin
According to Annex XIV Chapter 1 Section 1 Table 1 of Regulation 142/2011, countries from which these products may be imported into Switzerland are listed in Regulation (EU) No 605/2010 Annex I Column A.
Approved supplying establishments in third countries
Lists of suppliers in third countries must be included in the TRACES system according to the technical specifications published by the Commission on its website. The veterinary authorities of the approved country of origin are responsible for permitting goods for export only from suppliers that meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1069/2009 and Regulation (EU) 142/2011.
